ReplyDeleteEmi, I wonder if you know much about your Dunn line family history. Some yrs ago I met a Dunn relative who works in the Provo Temple as a sealer. Got to do some names he had researched & came across some family history he had put together. This is his site & we come thru Lucinda Dunn's line who married Thomas Blair Clark. Anyway, just thought you'd find that interesting. Here is how our line goes:
ReplyDeleteJames Dunn m. Keziah Harrison (Frederick County, Va.)
Jeremiah Dunn m. Elizabeth (Frederick County, Va.)
Rev. James Dunn (Potomac River, Md & Federick County, Va.)
Joseph Dunn m. Hannah (Piscataway, NJ)
Hugh Dunn m. Elizabeth Drake (Colonial NH & Piscataway, NJ)
I 1st got into genealogy when I heard BYU Church History Professor, Susan Eason Black, talk about how the family of Joseph Smith was prepared for a prophet thru the generations. You might find it interesting: http://warner7.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html ;-)
Here's the Provo Temple Sealer's (Anthony J. Christensen's) site: http://www.ourfamilylegacy.info/files/clarkjohnowens1763posterity.html
