for my bro's bf's son's wedding.

I've known Chad since 

he was little.

Now he's Big.

Afterwards . . . I had a massage.

(a much-needed one)

& ate here.

A Surprise Visitor

The students all got a surprise today when the Bagpipe guy came 

to wish someone a "Happy Birthday!"  

Many of them had never seen the bagpipes before.

I attended this w/ the Heber YSA singles from our Wed. nite Institute class.  
I listen to them every month even tho I'm not a "YSA" anymore.  I find the messages ALWAYS ~ still ~ pertain to me in a very direct, 
personal way.

This talk had significant spiritual impact when he said to

 judge righteously, not by appearance.

Experimenting

Ok, so I love sautéed onions! 

I had a whole onion I needed to cook,

so I added a dash of butter & olive oil

& a bit of the crushed cornflake/almond mixture

I tried on my chicken.

mmm ~ was it good!!  yummy & crunchy

Then I tenderized the chicken to make it juicy & slapped on the mayonnaise.  

Best tastin' chicken I've had in a long time!

Would have been great w/ a cream sauce w/ mustard in it.
I love my mini toaster oven.

Seeing Things W/ a New Light

It seemed like a normal enough light . . . until it went out!  

I didn't have a light for weeks in my bedroom.

I tried to unscrew it & had no idea it needed this kind of light bulb:  

Was so grateful when my x-stu's Father not only had the same kind of light in his condo, 

but was willing to come over w/ a spare & a ladder to change mine!  

Now that's what I call loving your neighbor . . . ;-)

Works good as new!
