Experimenting

Ok, so I love sautéed onions! 
I had a whole onion I needed to cook,
so I added a dash of butter & olive oil
& a bit of the crushed cornflake/almond mixture
I tried on my chicken.
mmm ~ was it good!!  yummy & crunchy

Then I tenderized the chicken to make it juicy & slapped on the mayonnaise.  
Best tastin' chicken I've had in a long time!

Would have been great w/ a cream sauce w/ mustard in it.
I love my mini toaster oven.
