The Last Two Days

Monday

Got to meet w/ these two:

For my massage.  He used to be my UPS guy; she is the massager.

But what's even more fun . . .

He's a Coleman & she's 

lucky enough to be married to one!  ;-)

Why a massage?  

Well, after yrs of playing the violin & driving to teach & perform . . .

unfortunately, my whole left side has developed problems 

from lack of movement.

So, later when I got home

I went to the gym & made sure I got some!

One of the Best Artists I know . . .

but more importantly ~ 

one of the Best talkers on the phone

when you need a listening ear.

She always cares &

possesses the power to lift me

somehow.

Compassion is where it's at!

So is charity ~

& she exemplifies both.

Got to watch this DVD that just came out last Sunday . . . 
Have done about a dozen of these now 
since Angela Lansbury.
